Dog Walking

My dog walking services aim to provide the best possible experience for your dog while you are at work, away on holiday, or simply unable to give them adequate & regular exercise, for whatever reason.

I will pick up your dog from your home and take her/him out on a fun walk in the nearest park or green area. Every dog is handled with the utmost professional care and lots of love.

I am happy to adhere to her/his specific training routine and dietary requirements. This way you can feel safe in the knowledge that she/he is getting everything she/he needs. I will also make sure water bowls are always filled with fresh water.

I am passionate and an experienced animal lover, insured, and CRB checked. I am happy to meet you for a free introductory consultation, so we can meet each other and get acquainted, while you talk me through any and all requirements and specific needs.

All keys will be kept in a secure locked cabinet. All dogs will remain on a lead at all times unless an agreement has been reached and written permission has been received from the owner.

Amy's Pet Care requests that all dogs are vaccinated, micro-chipped, and that they wear a dog collar with identity tag. I do not walk unreasonably powerful breeds or dogs which are aggressive to either dogs or humans.

Cat Sitting

Amy's Pet Care cat sitting service is a great alternative to catteries! Most cats prefer to stay at home when you are away on holiday or on business. In familiar surroundings with their own bed and regular human contact. I visit once or twice a day to make sure all your cats’ needs are catered for. As well as this i can also water house plants, put out the bins and alternate lights and curtains to keep your house safe.

This service is also available for small pets such as dogs, rabbits, guinea pigs, gerbils, hamsters. I can feed and clean according to your normal care routines.

Puppy Visits

If you have a puppy who cannot go out for a walk until vaccinations, or a dog with an injury or illness which may require attention during the day - Amy's Pet Care can arrange to visit your pet.

I appreciates your little one will need some attention during the day until he or she can go out for a walk. I can visit your home, let your dog out into the garden, and have a good play session with your little one.
